Section 2 · Investigator's field note
A corgi in snow is a corgi at its most fully realized. The double coat that torments you in July is finally being used as intended, and the subject knows it. The only problem the Bureau can identify is that the snow is often taller than the dog, and the dog does not consider this a problem at all.
