Section 2 · Investigator's field note

Small dogs are prone to dental problems, and the corgi is, technically, a small dog with a large dog's mouth. Regular brushing is one of the few Bureau recommendations with real veterinary weight behind it. The corgi will eat the toothpaste, tolerate the brush, and consider the whole affair a strange treat ritual, which is fine. Whatever works.
