Section 2 · Investigator's field note
The sploot is the corgi's signature resting posture and the single most photographed structural event in the breed. Veterinarians describe it as a sign of healthy hips. The Bureau describes it as the reason we cannot get anything done. A splooting corgi is legally a fixture of the room and may not be moved without cause.
